Honduras Cup of Excellence #5 Gesha Washed [Score 88.88]
We're happy to be featuring this clean washed gesha that placed 5th in Honduras' Cup of Excellence Competition scoring 88.88 points across the judging panel! This is an incredibly well processed coffee that showcases Honduran terroir and the gesha varietal. We find clean and structured tropical acidity, a high level of florality, and a very clean finish. The entire cup is very tea like reminding us of jasmine tea. When cooled, the acidity becomes structured and a mango note appears leading into florals and the jasmine finish. We're excited for you to taste this one!
For best results, rest this coffee for at least 4 weeks before brewing!
