At xBloom, we strive to ensure every cup is perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for our coffee brewers and accessories. Please note that due to food safety regulations, all whole bean coffee sales are final and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
