Onyx's Southern Weather is their signature medium roast blend that balances acidity with chocolate notes. Made with clean washed process coffees, you can expect notes of sweet caramel, milk chocolate, candied walnuts, complimenting a citrus acidity. 

This coffee is roasted 3 weeks+ ago, still good to enjoy.
